Getting Around
Local Transport
꩜ Getting around Banff and Canmore is easy with or without a car. Both towns are very walkable, simple to drive, and offer parking—esp. near hotels and main areas. Roam Transit, the local bus system, runs throughout both towns and is easy to use. Ubers and taxis are also available.
Wedding Night Shuttle
꩜ Shuttle service will be provided from the wedding venue to Banff and Canmore on the night of the wedding. Pickup locations and schedules will be shared closer to the date.
Stay
We recommend staying in Banff or Canmore. Banff is closest to Norquay—about ten minutes away—and a lot of fun. Canmore is about twenty five minutes away, and a little more low key. August is the busiest time of year, so if you’re planning on attending the wedding, we recommend booking as soon as possible.

Sits right on the water! If you’re able to get a spot, we recommend Lakeside.
Two Jack Main Campground
Also a great option, located down the road from Lakeside.
